Superintendent’s Message

Dear Parents,
We are very excited about you registering your child at Porter Township Schools. This is an exciting beginning to a great journey for both you and your child as they progress with their formal education. Porter Township School Corporation is interested in your children being successful as they progress through school and when they graduate. It is not too early to think about your child’s future after graduation. Studies show that parents that begin to discuss college and future plans early with their child positively influence their child’s performance in school and success after graduation.

Porter Township School Corporation has an education foundation. Education Foundations are created to help support schools with student needs. The Education Foundation of Porter Township School Corporation’s mission is to partner with alumni, staff, community residents, and businesses to advocate for and raise funds and resources to support innovation and education excellence of PTSC students and staff. Our vision is to maximize community investment to ensure the Education Foundation of Porter Township School Corporation financially supports creative and innovative programs that engage students and staff to enhance the education offered by PTSC.  The Education Foundation of Porter Township School Corporation also awards scholarships to students who pursue post-secondary education.

The Education Foundation of Porter Township School Corporation‘s core values of impact, partnership, continuous learning, and long-term vision guide us in our efforts to expand opportunities for the students of our community.
